After years in logistics industry, we have accumulated a wealth of experience and gained understanding of, not only our strengths and weaknesses, but also opportunities and challenges. On that basis, GPG always plan for and implement transformation in all aspects every year.

We cannot put aside the importance and ever-growing impact of logistics industry, which requires intelligent, standardized and seamless operations. To keep up with technological changes and Customer needs, GPG proactively research and implement a variety of logistics solutions and build a tightly interconnected ecosystem, aiming to become a Vietnamese logistics group that provide a full range of products and services as international modern standards.

Corporate culture values create sustainable values

In 2023, GPG are beginning to transform and build an Ecosystem to create mutual interaction and support between members in the group to achieve the overall goals of sustainable development over time. The main themes of cultural values in the year 2024 of GPG ecosystem are Independence – Service – Initiative – Change, which are fundamental principles that not only help us to gradually achieve our mission but are also the solid foundation for GPG to develop and succeed in the increasingly competitive business environment.

INDEPENDENCE is the source of personal confidence and responsibility. GPG encourage all members in the ecosystem have to be self-governed in their works. This requires flexibility and decision-making ability, following by ensuring mutual respect between individuals and the room to express their opinions. Self-government also includes encouraging innovation and creativity. We create an environment where each employee can freely experiment with new ideas and contribute to the development of the company.

SERVICE is the focal point of GPG in meeting the needs of Customers and the community. We are committed to offering high-quality products and services, appreciating listening and satisfying Customers. We are building good relationships with Customers, gaining trust, and making long-term commitments. In addition, GPG also contribute positively to the community, demonstrating a service spirit and social responsibility. Therefore, each individual needs to show the spirit of enthusiasm to serve and fulfill in every action to create successful values based on superior initiatives, to achieve sustainable development for the business. It also means that focusing on the overall goals of the business, not afraid of difficulties and suffering, continuingly learning to improve relating skills and knowledge for the best services provided. INITIATIVE is to encourage each member of GPG to raise their opinions and ideas. I am extremely proud of the valued efforts and dedication of each individual through many generations of employees along with our leaders over the past 15 years.

In business, changes are necessary and inevitable. Facing changes, people will be passive, trying to “wrestle”, while employees at GPG are always ready to proactively embrace changes by non-stop learning, improving, selecting, altering and creating to achieve the most reasonable and effective courses of actions, especially in current era of digital transformation.

Everything will change over time. A positive and optimistic attitude will help us tap into the infinite inner strength to overcome any difficult challenges. And the value of each person is not defined by the things that happen in their lives but the way they deal with them. Those who dare to face challenges will be the winners!

It can be said that 2024 is a year of monumental significance, marking the hopeful 15th birthday of GPG.
